We use the highest quality Hinai Jidori chicken, which we procure from carefully selected producers among the many available Hinai Jidori chickens. Hinai Jidori chicken, with its concentrated flavor, is grilled over the highest quality Tosa Binchotan charcoal. We hope you will enjoy it. In addition to yakitori, we also offer an assortment of appetizers made with seasonal ingredients, sake snacks, and desserts to finish off your meal.
Our signature dish. Enjoy the collagen-rich mizutaki of Hinai Jidori chicken in a rich Japanese-style broth made from a combination of thick chicken broth simmered for more than 12 hours and first-class bonito and kelp broths. The aromatic clear soup is made by carefully removing the scum from the broth to create a beautiful, clear liquid. The original soup is made by blending these three types of soups.
I want to eat all of the delicious yakitori and mizutaki. This course was assembled based on the feedback from our customers, so that you can fully enjoy Hinai-tei.
