Kuzuryu is conceptualized as 'a local sake that accompanies daily conversations and hospitality.' The first impression of its flavor is a gentle and refreshing umami that spreads, with a high-quality sweetness unique to junmai, and a sharpness that tightens the overall balance, making it a very well-balanced junmai sake.
A soft mouthfeel that conveys elegance, spreading a mellow flavor in the mouth.
The essence of Ginjo Torikai lies in its vibrant aroma and soft flavor. It has a smooth mouthfeel and a gentle taste, with a refined aftertaste... much like a ginjo sake, this is a rice shochu.
Just as it is freshly made and poured! This is what we call 'naokumi' in sake, and that is Rokudaime Yuri.
