4.1

I was able to spend time at the counter seats, and the staff's response was very pleasant. The sashimi has a rich flavor, and I was happy that when I ordered the recommendations, they were served promptly. The tempura was also well-prepared, and I could enjoy it along with the sushi. The chawanmushi had a strong umami flavor from the broth and was filled with ingredients, providing a satisfying experience. I could also nibble on grilled items and bone crackers, allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors without getting bored. The suggestions for sake were pleasant, and the atmosphere was relaxed, making the meal enjoyable.

You can enjoy your meal at the counter. The staff is cheerful, and conversations flow easily. You can nibble on individual items, allowing you to savor your favorite ingredients little by little. The tempura has a crispy coating with a fragrant taste. The nigiri includes medium fatty tuna, flounder, seared Spanish mackerel, striped jack, sea urchin, salmon roe, kelp with eggs, and conger eel, all of which are delicious. There is a master of amberjack, and you can also enjoy ribbonfish, amberjack, firefly squid, monkfish liver, sake-steamed oysters, and chawanmushi with rich dashi.
