This is a shop run by a butcher specializing in black-haired wagyu beef, and it is exciting from the start. Beautiful cuts of meat are displayed in the showcase, and just watching them is enjoyable. The roast beef bowl is moist and aromatic, providing a great sense of satisfaction and leaving a strong impression. There are also hamburgers and curry bowls available, all of which are very appetizing. The interior has a sophisticated atmosphere, and the staff are very attentive in providing advice about the meat. The courses are tailored to the ingredients of the day and the customer's preferences, adding a special touch.
