Hitsumabushi, a set of condiments, tea broth, liver soup, and pickles, is a traditional Nagoya specialty with a long history. This luxurious dish allows you to enjoy three different ways of eating in one meal, a unique aspect of Nagoya culture. 1) After placing your order, get excited while reviewing how to eat it again until the hitsumabushi arrives. 2) When you open the lid of the hitsumabushi pot, enjoy the fragrant aroma that spreads instantly. 3) First, use a rice paddle to cut it into four equal parts (do not mix the eel at this time). 4) Serve one-fourth into a bowl and add eel sauce and sansho pepper to your liking before enjoying. 5) For the second serving, add condiments (wasabi, seaweed, green onion) and enjoy it like a mixed rice dish. 6) For the third serving, pour the secret tea broth over it, add condiments to your liking, and enjoy it like a tea rice dish. 7) For the final serving, eat it in the way you liked the most among the three methods. 8) Phew~ Thank you for the meal! 'Please give me some tea!'
