Assorted seasonal tempura OR specialty! This course includes a choice of dishes such as turban shell bread, braised sea bream or Japanese black beef sagari steak, jako-meshi or rice with egg from Minami-aso, etc. The dishes are all selected by the owner's discerning palate. Wagyu beef tongue is full of flavor and crunchy, and you can enjoy its original tongue flavor by eating it wrapped with shiragane onion. The soft and supple elasticity of beef tongue and the flavor of the meat that gradually spreads as you bite into it are even more flavorful when served in shabu-shabu. +You can add 2 hours of all-you-can-drink for +2,000 yen.
Course details may change from time to time as only the freshest items can be served. The sweet and rich homemade tofu made from organic soybeans is served with sea urchin, and the seasonal sashimi platter with fresh sesame mackerel, grilled oysters with shells, and braised sea bream are all excellent examples of the careful work that goes into each and every dish.

I, Izumo Fuji Junmai Ginjo Chokarakuchi [Shimane/Fuji Shuzo] "A new generation! Crisp and dry Junmai Ginjo" brewed at the foot of Izumo Taisha, where the god of matchmaking is enshrined, this sake connects people, food, and drink, known as 'En no Sake.' It has a sharp finish and a friendly taste that enhances meals. Ro, Houou Bidan Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki [Tochigi/Kobayashi Shuzo] "This is fine sake. A classic Junmai Daiginjo" with a beautiful aroma reminiscent of fresh fruits and an incredibly transparent and pure taste that impresses sake lovers, known as 'Houou Bidan.' Ha, Aki Tora Junmai [Kochi/Arimitsu Shuzou] "A pure rice sake with a gentle umami that seeps through" crafted with care and attention at the banks of the Akano River in Kochi Prefecture, this sake 'Aki Tora' embodies the gentle drinking experience that nourishes the heart. Ni, Gunma Izumi Yamahai Junmai [Gunma/Shimaoka Shuzo] "Enjoy the deep umami brought by long-term aging" evolving yet unchanged. This is a standard sake from a brewery that values tradition and coexists with nature, offering a natural brewing process. Enjoy the strong acidity and glossy flavor.
KITAJIMA ulala【Fukuoka/Yamaguchi Brewery】(glass) "A taste that vividly showcases the potential of sake rice". It allows the rich umami of the rice to be felt clearly and lightly, captivating the drinker with its beautiful aftertaste. It is named after the producer, Mr. Kitajima, who shone at the top of the nation in the 'Yamada Nishiki Project 2020', using Yamada Nishiki rice. One cup is 1,250 yen.
"Taste of Pushing Waves, Aftertaste of Pulling Waves" - Wakanami is a local sake from Fukuoka, renowned for its fresh and crisp flavor, making it one of the most popular sakes in the country. By using white koji, it achieves a lighter and more refreshing taste. The pleasant acidity derived from the white koji cuts through the oiliness, providing a rhythmic experience with meals. One cup is 1,450 yen.
"Continuously captivating people with its elegance, 'World's Nabeshima'" Nabeshima is the key player in revitalizing Kashima, Saga Prefecture, a renowned sake-producing region since the Edo period, into a 'world-class sake-producing area.' Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki is the standard and flagship product of this brewery. Its beautiful and high aroma, along with a juicy flavor reminiscent of fresh fruits, is unmatched. One cup is 1,600 yen.

Mii no Kotobuki, a brewery in Fukuoka, has received high praise not only in Japan but also overseas, particularly in Asia, for its exceptional brewing techniques and quality.
