We will serve a little bit of everything with a mix of seasonal snacks and nigirizushi with Ryukyuan ingredients. We will serve 8 kinds of nigiri and 7 kinds of nigiri sushi. Please enjoy our chef Tamaki's omakase, which has been greatly improved since April 2021 using the same formula as the main restaurant.
We will offer a new Ryukyu-Mae by mixing sushi types unique to Okinawa such as mangrove crab in a small bowl, Okinawa's Kariyushi Kinmedai, Ankimo (red bean paste) stewed Ilabucha Misojime, and other items directly shipped from Toyosu. We will offer "8 seasonal snacks", "10 pieces" of nigiri sushi, a bowl, and dessert. (Please note that the number of nigiri sushi items may change depending on the season and availability.)
This is a special course that uses all Okinawan ingredients. Please fully enjoy the new Ryukyuan style course, which makes the most of the ingredients by preparing them in the Edomae style. 2 kinds of appetizers, 2 slices of sashimi, 3 dishes, 2 snacks, 9 pieces of nigiri, 1 piece of maki, bowl, dessert) (Please note that we cannot offer this course if we run out of items due to stock status.)

When it comes to Okinawa fish, the blue fish 'Irabucha' has a slightly unique flavor, and with the craftsmanship applied, it bursts with umami. If you come to Okinawa, please be sure to try this first.
