As you exit Yotsuya Station and walk a little, you are greeted by a calm atmosphere at the counter. The seating is spacious, allowing you to focus quietly on your meal, which is delightful. The first dishes that came out, the firefly squid and octopus, were tender and made me want to enjoy more sake. The appetizers like the kombu-marinated sea bream and mackerel were each perfectly seasoned, which was impressive. The nigiri, including kohada, sweetfish, and eel, all paired wonderfully with the light rice, and I enjoyed them immensely. The chef suggests sake according to your preferences, allowing you to feel happy throughout your visit.
