Kagawa Prefecture Kawazuru Brewery uses three times the usual amount of koji, plus a sweet and sour flavor from white koji. It has a taste similar to Calpis and a creamy texture with plenty of cloudiness.
Fukushima Prefecture, Miyasumi Meijo: Characterized by a rich sweetness reminiscent of ramune and a refreshing aroma. The sweetness, similar to that of Wasanbon sugar, remains distinct. It pairs effortlessly with meals.
