The specialty bonito is made only from single hook caught bonito. We still uphold the traditional single hook catching method. Generously topped with our carefully crafted 'Yuzu Ponzu' made with plenty of yuzu, using the traditional Tosa style soy sauce. We also offer 'Salt Tataki' that showcases the freshness of the bonito. Delivery sets are also available.
