Miyazaki Prefecture ■ Barley Shochu ■ Alcohol content 25% ■ Ingredients: Barley, Barley Koji. A shochu made from 100% barley, crafted with carefully selected barley and the representative koji of barley, resulting in a light mouthfeel achieved through vacuum distillation.
[Bottle] 4,800 yen, Kagoshima Prefecture ■ Sweet Potato Shochu, Alcohol content 25% ■ Ingredients: Sweet potato, Yellow Koji. A fruity and authentic sweet potato shochu. Made with yellow koji. Using organically grown Kogane Sengan, it is carefully brewed with low-temperature fermentation and natural water. The slightly sweet flavor, which is unexpected for a sweet potato shochu, is popular among young women.
Kagoshima Prefecture ■ Imo Shochu ■ Alcohol content 25% ■ Ingredients: Sweet potato, yellow koji. A genuine imo shochu made from 100% carefully selected sweet potatoes. High-quality Satsuma sweet potatoes (Kogane Sengan) are meticulously hand-selected. Natural water is used for the brewing process. It leaves a soft sweetness that lingers beyond the boundaries of imo shochu.
