Uses high-quality matcha from Kyoto, which is rarely used in shaved ice or sweets. It has the simplest composition among all the varieties, focusing on the balance of bitterness and sweetness of the matcha syrup.
It's difficult to perceive the 'aroma' in chilled shaved ice. This shaved ice is fragrant because it uses high-quality, deeply roasted hojicha, which is carefully roasted and extracted in the shop. The extracted hojicha is mixed with a syrup based on brown sugar to create the roasted tea syrup.
