It is just a short walk from the station, and upon entering, you are greeted by a clean space and bonsai trees. While enjoying a course that combines Japanese techniques with Chinese cuisine, you can gaze over the counter. Each dish, from a plate of white squid dressed with sherry to chawanmushi with shark fin, and even aged sashimi, brings excitement. A dish featuring fragrant eel wrapped in thin dough and a spicy dish made with Ezo deer are also impressive. The modern atmosphere is cozy, whether at the counter or in a private room, allowing for a relaxed experience. The enjoyment of pairing with wine, sake, and tea expands, and even the water shows a commitment to quality.
