In a calm space with only a counter, soothing music plays, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff grill each piece of meat right in front of you over charcoal, serving it at the perfect time, which is delightful. The meat is rich in fat but not overwhelming, and it melts in your mouth. The liver is mild and easy to eat, and the meat sushi has an impressive texture and flavor. The broth for the shabu-shabu, finished on the grill, is fragrant, and I was completely satisfied even with the kishimen at the end. The staff's attention to detail is meticulous, allowing for a comfortable experience from start to finish.
