Our vegetable sommelier directly sources morning-picked tomatoes from 'Misu Tomato Farm'. There may be days when we do not have stock due to weather conditions, but they produce various types of tomatoes including fruit tomatoes, large tomatoes, medium tomatoes, and colorful tomatoes. The basic way to enjoy them is by tasting the chilled tomatoes!
We have established the Fish Sea Fleet's organic farm in Kamioi Town, Kanagawa Prefecture! In our quest for ingredients, we ultimately realized that growing our own was the best solution, resulting in this! Our focus is on 'organic cultivation and pesticide-free vegetables.' We will start harvesting in earnest around April and May. While we cannot yet supply all the vegetables for the restaurant, the harvested produce is so fresh and safe that you can eat it straight after washing off the soil. Since they are natural products, we cannot prepare them every day, but if they appear on the daily special menu, please be sure to enjoy them!

At the Fish Sea Fleet, we offer 'soy sauce' and 'irizake'. Irizake is a seasoning that was used to eat sashimi before soy sauce became common. When used with white fish or light dishes, you can truly appreciate the umami of the fish. Nowadays, irizake is a seasoning that can only be found in traditional kaiseki and high-end restaurants. Please try various combinations with soy sauce and irizake.
