This is a special authentic Western-style course featuring Ao’s signature dish: a 100% Kuroge Wagyu “lean-meat-forward” hamburger steak. It’s made with 100% Kuroge Wagyu—not a blended cut. The recipe is designed to maximize the umami of the lean meat, rather than relying on fat for lightness. Through a two-stage grinding process and precise cooking, it achieves both tenderness and depth of flavor. The course features two seasonal appetizers, a rich sea urchin cream croquette, and the lean-meat-forward hamburger steak layered with foie gras. This menu elevates classic Western cuisine to a new level through the quality of ingredients and culinary technique. It is Ao’s signature course, perfect for anniversaries and special occasions. We can also provide wine pairings to complement the course.

Featuring a 100% Japanese Black Beef “lean-cut-focused” hamburger steak and a Miyazaki Beef round steak as the main courses, this is our premier special course, where you can enjoy Ao’s full-course meal paired with Italian wines. From sparkling to white, red, and dessert wines, you’ll enjoy approximately six glasses in total. Through an experience where the food and wine become one, we’ll help make your special day even more memorable. Recommended for anniversaries and celebrations, this is Ao’s premier course.
