Ramen

The essence of AFURI's ramen is its golden, shimmering broth. Its source is the natural water from Oyama (commonly known as Afuri Mountain) in Kanagawa Prefecture. This is a classic, refined style that carefully extracts the umami of selected ingredients. Please enjoy the beauty of the presentation, as well as the delicate taste and aroma.
