Four go bottle 7800 yen local sake from Yamagata Prefecture, brewed by Dewasakura Sake Brewery. Made with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice. A sake with a strong core created by the yeast starter, complemented by a soft floral aroma. A handcrafted Junmai Daiginjo made using the modern approach of Kimoto method.

A 300ml small bottle of sake that is distributed exclusively within Akita Prefecture, sourced through special channels. This Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed with natural water from the World Heritage Site 'Shirakami Sanchi'.
