Eel Paradise! A popular restaurant where you can enjoy various parts of eel!
We all want to eat eel, don't we?
Especially after a hard day's work, you want to eat it to refuel your energy!
My friend and I found a very stylish restaurant.
It is located in a little hidden alley in Shin-Fukushima.
Shin-Fukushima has an image of having Michelin restaurants, many popular restaurants, and so on, but I had no idea how beautiful the place was because there are several eel restaurants in the Fukushima area as well!
I thought I've heard the name before, but it's a sister restaurant of a popular one in the Minami area!
When I entered the restaurant, it was full of customers, so I was taken to the back of the restaurant!
The inside of the restaurant has an atmosphere that feels like a stylish Japanese-style yakitori restaurant.
It somehow feels like a stylish yakitori restaurant.
I ordered the unaju, which is a must-have, and the a la carte menu, so I ordered it!
Five kinds of eel
Harami
The belly of the eel can only be obtained from two skewers of one eel.
The fat is so rich that it is extremely delicious~~!
Tuna
A rare part that can only be obtained from two fish on a single skewer.
It is so delicious and plump!
I might have had it for the first time!
Gobo-maki (burdock root roll)
Eel back meat wrapped with gobo (burdock root).
I was surprised at how well the burdock goes with the burdock.
Chives wrapped with eel back
The back of the eel is wrapped with leek.
I loved it so much! Too good!
Tsukune
Tsukune is made with ginger, yuzu miso, and shiso,
The meat is all eel even though it is so big!
I've never had anything like it! Too delicious!
It was like meat!
The sansho (Japanese pepper) they put together! This is also delicious!
It's called grape fresh sansho and has a great aroma and numbing sensation! It goes with everything!
Special Eel Jyu (limited to 5 servings)
A whole eel is used in this dish!
Branded Kisogawa eel is used.
Kansai-yaki? So it is very light!
And the volume is so large that it fills up your stomach!
The crispy and fluffy sensation will keep you going until the end!
I heard they serve it for lunch too, so I'll definitely go there! LOL!
They bring the eels to you once and show you how they are freshly processed, so it's very realistic and delightful lol!
And he is too much of a craftsman! The time it takes to process the eel and make it into unaju is fast! He is a good handler! LOL!
It was really good, so you should all go there!
Thanks for the food!
