Sugarabo and Vuitton: The World Between Here and There @ Shinsaibashi | Delicious food and happiness♪
SUGALABO, a top-notch restaurant in Azabu, Tokyo
If you like to eat, you have probably heard of this restaurant.
Chef Suga's restaurant, where reservations are not taken and only by introduction.
I had always longed to go to this restaurant, but of course I had no connections to go there, and I thought there was no way I would ever be able to go there! But then, what a surprise!
And it's a collaboration with the world-famous brand Louis Vidon!
I was so excited to be able to visit the restaurant above the newly opened Louis Vuitton restaurant in Shinsaibashi! I was offered to come.

Chef Nagahama, who worked with Chef Suga at SUGALABO, is the executive chef here.
As in Tokyo, introductions are required.
Luckily, a friend of mine went there and introduced me!

The store is above Louis Vuitton's on Midosuji.
There is an elevator inside the store, so the 7th floor

I didn't expect to see the entrance here!
I wondered where to enter, so I was surprised.
This is an automatic door that opens.
And the inside of the restaurant is so cool!
There are Vuitton furnishings in places, which accelerates my excitement!
Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats in front of the entrance, followed by table seats
At the back of the counter, there is a large table with a curtain partition.
We were seated at a table in the back.
First of all, bang! A painting with a big presence!

This painting is a portrait of Chef Suga by Mr. Robuchon.
How rare!
We started the meal while glancing at the painting.
Vuitton even the plates, napkin folders, and chopstick rests.
The dishes are only omakase.
For drinks, we asked for a bottle of Champagne for the toast with a small amount of pairings to match the food!

Chef Nagahama himself came around the table to explain the ingredients!
He was polite, smiling and charming!
He must be busy, but it is always a pleasure to have him here!
The dishes are dynamic and wild!
Every time it is served, I am excited!
I am surprised by new discoveries
I can even drink red wine, which I usually don't drink!
Maybe I am intoxicated by the atmosphere?
Are there more desserts? There is so much to choose from!
The happy time goes by so fast!
Such a luxurious time is not something you get to experience very often, nor can you go often!
But I was satisfied with the food, space, and service that I could only experience here!
I will have to work hard for the time being to afford such a high price, but I will do my best so that I can come back one day!

The food was healthy and refreshing.
