To savor the umami of the chicken, we do not add any seasonings in the restaurant. After tasting a bite, you can enjoy the rich, cloudy soup that deepens with various ingredients until the last drop. Please enjoy Sakaeya's Mizutaki, which begins and ends with the soup. ~Nabe Accompaniments~ Bone-in chicken wings, torokinkan dumplings, cabbage, shimeji mushrooms, red daikon, tofu, mizuna, enoki mushrooms, long green onions, and kuzukiri. Our pride, a chicken bone soup made with 30kg of chicken bones simmered for 6 hours with only water, uses 3kg of chicken bones from Tsukuba chicken, Ibaraki Prefecture, which is rich in chicken flavor. We carefully select fresh chicken bones and manually remove the back fat one by one.

The chicken bones will be completely crushed. The flavor and broth extracted from the chicken bones will be drawn out to the marrow.

Carefully strain the soup and strain it twice to achieve a smooth texture. This is the completion of the collagen-rich cloudy water hot pot.
