It is also famous for being the most difficult yakitori restaurant in Japan to make a reservation, so much so that it is said that even if you call 300 times, you cannot get a reservation.
I asked my friend to make a reservation for me this time, but he said he had forgotten how many times he had called. Thank you very much.
The yakitori menu is all on the house, and you pay when you are full.
All items on the menu are grilled by Mr. Ikegawa, a chicken chef.
I was so impressed that I was satisfied just to see him grilling.

This time, I would like to introduce my favorite yakitori.
♦Chochin
Chochin" is grilled using only one part of a chicken. It is overwhelmingly rare.
I ate it for the first time. The "string" has a mild "sweetness" and crunchiness that cannot be tasted with ordinary yolk. It is seasoned with a special ama-soy sauce, a perfect and luxurious product.
Very flavorful. An unforgettable one.
What is chochin?
It is the "kinkan" of the egg yolk in the hen's ovary before it takes the form of an egg.
and the "string" of the ovary and the oviduct through which the "kinkan" passes until the egg is laid.
The "kinkans" are skewered together and roasted together is called "chochin.

Tender with a "chewy" texture.
