The "Twilight Course" includes today's obanzai (daily side dish), Kaimon salad with steamed chicken and oboro tofu, and three kinds of today's sashimi made from fresh fish caught in the morning. Our signature specialty, Kyoto dashi oden, is a warming and comforting oden that is well soaked in our signature Kyoto dashi broth. All-you-can-eat oden is available for an additional 550 yen (tax included)!
Starting with today's obanzai (side dish), we offer a Kaimon salad of steamed chicken and oboro tofu, and three kinds of today's sashimi of fresh fish from the morning's catch. The chef will serve you an assortment of freshly fried tempura of seasonal vegetables and maitake mushrooms. Charcoal-grilled Hinai Chicken is prepared with our special Binchotan charcoal! Izumo Course "Starting with today's obanzai, a special Kaimon salad with seared beef tongue, five kinds of today's sashimi from fresh fish caught in the morning, and more♪ Vegetable Kushimaki and Charcoal Grilled Chicken AssortmentWe are proud of our vegetable kushimaki made from seasonal ingredients and charcoal grilled chicken prepared with binchotan (a type of charcoal). The soul of a craftsman. The "Seared Beef Tongue with Negi Mashimare" is a golden combination of beef tongue and plenty of green onions. All-you-can-eat Oden is available for +550 yen (tax included)!
The "Gekka Course" starts with today's obanzai, including salmon and salmon roe salad, five kinds of today's sashimi of fresh fish caught in the morning, and saikyo-yaki grilled silver cod that will make you feel as if you are traveling in Kyoto. The grilled beef tongue with kujo leeks and negi salt is an exquisite combination of the finest Sendai beef tongue and kujo leeks. The main dish is the famous oden, which is soaked in Kyoto soup stock and warms both body and soul. For 550 yen (tax included), you can enjoy all-you-can-eat oden!
Starting with today's "Manpuku Course," we offer a variety of oden including salmon and salmon roe salad, seven kinds of today's sashimi, seasonal vegetables, tempura of fresh fish caught in the morning, and charcoal-grilled Hinai Jidori chicken from Akita Prefecture, which is one of the three largest chickens in Japan. The "Seasonal Luxury Banquet Course" includes two kinds of seasonal appetizers, seasonal vegetables, crispy baby sardines, two kinds of fresh seasonal fish, three kinds of meat and vegetable rolls, and a dashi-maki egg roll with mentaiko (cod roe), all prepared with artisan skill! Two pieces of nigirizushi and daifuku (sweetened sweetened rice cake) are served to finish the meal.
The "Seasonal Manager's Recommended Course" includes two seasonal appetizers, a salad of seasonal vegetables, seafood and sprouting vegetables, two kinds of sashimi of fresh seasonal fish, three kinds of meat and vegetable rolls, and a top-quality dashimaki egg roll that shows off our craftsmanship! To finish, two pieces of nigirizushi and daifuku (sweetened rice cake) are included in the manager's recommended course!
The "Seasonal Special Course" includes two seasonal appetizers, a salad of seasonal vegetables, seafood and sprouting vegetables, three kinds of sashimi of fresh seasonal fish, Kumamoto's famous horse sashimi shipped directly from Kumamoto, three kinds of meat and vegetable rolls, and a superb dashimaki egg roll with artisanal techniques!
