This is a full-course suppon banquet, which offers a full range of high-quality, soft-fleshed, live Japanese female suppon carefully prepared for your enjoyment. You can enjoy a variety of suppon dishes such as fresh blood of suppon, which is easy to drink with sake, sashimi, steamed egg custard, deep-fried suppon, and a small hot pot of suppon soup as the main dish.
Kaiseki cuisine is a vibrant mix of seasonal ingredients.

This kaiseki course features eels from Mikawa-Ishiki, Aichi Prefecture. The final meal is a suppon zosui (rice porridge with suppon), which is gentle on the stomach. This course is limited to a maximum of 4 persons per couple. The synergistic effect of eel and suppon is recommended to prevent summer fatigue.
Our sake is Hakutaka, a famous sake from Nada, which is the sacred sake of Ise Jingu.

This hot pot uses a rich and flavorful live soft-shelled turtle soup that has been carefully extracted by the owner, who has over 40 years of experience. It is rich in collagen and minerals, which are good for nourishment and beauty.
We have marinated fresh egg yolks from live soft-shelled turtles in soy sauce. Please enjoy the rich umami flavor.
Prepared in the Edo style, our special spicy sauce pairs well with sake. The outside is grilled to a crisp, while the inside is fluffy. It will take a little time to prepare as we steam and then grill it after receiving your order.

We always procure high-quality Wagyu, regardless of the region. Enjoy the premium Wagyu quickly seared over high heat with our special ponzu sauce. The accompanying wasabi adds a sharp spiciness that enhances the umami of the Wagyu.
