This special plan is limited to 3 groups per day and includes a 9-course set including appetizer, assorted sashimi of "fresh fish caught in the morning directly from Toyosu" including tuna, fried egg with cod roe cheese, fried Brant pork, brand-name chicken, and Daisen chicken smoked slowly in the restaurant with cherry chips, and seasonal fragrant rice. The fried chicken is made from "Takumi no Daisen Chicken" carefully raised in a designated chicken coop, and its satisfying meat and juicy juices are irresistible!
