The other day for lunch, we went to "Chinese Soba Miura" in Ningyocho. I had some business in the Ningyocho area that day. I took a chance and went here for the first time 💁. ▪️ Chinese noodle (800 yen) I entered the restaurant without doing any research, but it seems to be a "Hiroshima Ramen" restaurant: ☝️ This is my first time to try Hiroshima Ramen. Apparently, it is characterized by a pork bone and soy sauce soup with boiled bean sprouts, chashu pork, green onions, etc. as ingredients 🍥. This one has a broiled egg on top, and the yellow color makes it look stylish ✨. The soup is a brownish-brown color like coffee milk ❗️ One sip and you will be amazed at the mild and gentle taste of pork bone soy sauce with no corners 🤤 🤤 🤤. It does not have the punch of the "Iekei" style of pork bone soy sauce, but it is still delicious 👍. I wonder if this difference is due to the use of vegetables ❓🤔. The noodles are thin and straight ❗️ The slippery texture is The Chinese noodle🙆. The taste of flour is also very good☺️ The service was good and comfortable 😌. Thanks for the food 🙋
