This is our signature plan. The plan starts with truffle panna cotta, followed by fresh fish carpaccio with fresh squeezed lemon, handmade Hidaka Kamui pork salsiccia, pasta with Japanese beef ragout sauce topped with foie gras, and finally the main course of red wine braised shank of Japanese red beef with rich seafood broth, risotto, and all-you-can-drink wine and beer for two hours. The menu includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink package including wine and beer, so you can enjoy your meal at your leisure. As a rule, each person will be served one dish. Minimum of 2 persons and reservations can be made from 5:30pm. (The menu is subject to change depending on the availability of ingredients.) ☆ We will start serving from August 4. Italy/Abruzzo 100% Montepulciano with a violet hue and ruby red color. Rich aroma of berry fruits accompanied by a light spiciness, with excellent structure and a well-balanced, persistent taste. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
Italy/Veneto 100% Nebbiolo full-bodied with aromas of red cherry, violet, licorice, and sweet grass, blending fruit and spice, exuding a graceful fragrance, with tannins that are smooth like silk. Elegant texture.
Italy / Puglia 100% Primitivo with a bouquet of berry aromas, well-structured tannins, and a smooth mouthfeel. A high-quality taste that expresses the strength of Primitivo. Primitivo is a native variety of Puglia.
