This popular course consists of Furano Wagyu's popular menu and rare parts. The course includes our signature dishes, "Dashi Shabu" and "Truffle Yakisuki," as well as Chateaubriand, Top Tongue, and Extra Grade Harami to satisfy both your stomach and your mind.
This is the only course in which you can enjoy the rare "Furano Wagyu Beef Tongue". Please enjoy the course of Furano Wagyu beef with foie gras, caviar, truffle, and the world's three major delicacies. (Thick-cut tongue is not available as a stand-alone dish. Please note that some ingredients may be changed in case of weather conditions.
You can enjoy our popular signature menu "Dashi Shabu" and "Yakisuki" at the same time. This is a luxurious all-you-can-drink course. Please use it for a slightly extravagant celebration.

A rare 'Yukke' that allows you to directly experience the sweetness and umami of 'Furano Wagyu', deliciously enjoyed raw. Please mix it with the special sauce, condiments, and a fluffy egg. It is processed safely, making it a joy to eat with peace of mind.
Freshly seared 'Furano Wagyu' is made with selected premium marbled cuts of the day. The special sauce, grated daikon, and green onion aroma, along with wasabi, create an accent, making it a simple yet exquisite dish that allows you to savor the umami of the ingredients.
First, lightly sear the 'Furano Wagyu' coated in a special dipping sauce, and enjoy it with a rich egg yolk. For the second piece, wrap the meat in Hokkaido's Yumepirika rice. Finally, pour the egg yolk over the rice to savor a delicious egg over rice dish. It's an exquisite taste.
Enjoy grilled sukiyaki made with Furano Wagyu, mixed with shaved black truffle and egg yolk. This is an extremely popular hidden menu item. *Please note that the truffle and price may change with the seasons. Please check in-store for details.
Please enjoy the Furano Wagyu shabu-shabu dipped in our homemade kombu and bonito broth. This dish highlights the delicate broth and the sweetness and umami of the Furano Wagyu.
