The crab fishing season opens on November 6 in Ishikawa Prefecture! I can't wait for it ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! 2) Kabayaki loach Kanazawa's local delicacy, kabayaki loach ✨. I love the bitterness of this ♡♡♡♡♡! (3) Grilled Clam Grilled clams from the fish tank. 4) Live Umezura-hagi sashimi. Sashimi of the fish that had been swimming in the fish tank until a while ago. The meat is elastic and the liver is sweet and tasty. 5) Fried horse mackerel 🐟. Thick and fluffy fried horse mackerel, The head and the middle bone are crispy and delicious! Full of calcium 🦴✨. ⑥Fried white shrimp 7) Beefsteak 🥩. Tender and delicious with soy sauce and sizzling butter! Ajidokoro Takasaki is located on Seseragi-dori. A long-established restaurant that will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year, serving fresh fish, Kaga vegetables, and Kanazawa's local cuisine. I love the artistically grilled sweetfish here. The cubs are plump! Grilled ayu fish with a sweetfish Assorted sashimi Grilled clams Deep-fried loach Assorted vegetable tempura Beefsteak Tororo (grated yam) Beefsteak with seasoning that has not changed since the establishment of the restaurant is also excellent ♡. The rice goes well with the meal.

I love snow crab!

We went to "Ajidokoro Takasaki" on Seseragi-dori in Korinbo. We can't stop eating the delicious dishes that we can directly feel the flavor of the ingredients ♡o.
