Each piece of cream cheese is carefully marinated in a mixture of sake lees and Saikyo miso for five days. The cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces, is lightly grilled to bring out the indescribably gentle aroma of cheese, miso, and koji. The outside is wonderfully soft, while the inside is rich and melty with a flavorful taste. It is also a slightly luxurious snack to enjoy with drinks.

This special limited sake was created in collaboration with Dojo Rokuzaburo and the sake brewery 'Shinzawa Brewing', representing Miyagi Prefecture, to commemorate the 75-year history of chef Dojo Rokuzaburo. 1 go is ¥45,000, and a tasting of 30ml is ¥8,000. The sake rice 'Kura no Hana' from Miyagi Prefecture has been polished to a ratio of 1%, resulting in the completion of the 'ultimate food pairing sake'. Please enjoy pairing it with the dishes of Dojo Rokuzaburo.
