*Limited time offer (10 servings per day, 150g)
The Blah Blah Abura Soba is a proud creation that has been researched and developed with the ultimate golden rule in mind, aiming for a balanced combination of 'noodles, sauce, and oil'. Please try eating it as it is without adding anything first!
The garlic used in our dishes is finely chopped every morning. Unlike commercial minced garlic, it has exceptional flavor and aroma! However, be careful not to use too much! Just 1-2 spoonfuls are enough. The fresh garlic enhances the aroma of the dish, making it even more delicious!
At Burabura, we do not carry raayu, the standard seasoning for abura soba. This is because the addition of "raayu" (raayu oil) would destroy the golden rule of flavor. However, we still want the spiciness, so we developed a special Ichimi chili pepper that is made by combining oil used for Aburasoba and three kinds of chili peppers. It is an excellent seasoning that achieves a "balance of flavor and spiciness". However, do not add too much just because it tastes good! Try adding a little at a time.
Vinegar has two taste effects... adding a small amount makes it mellow, while adding a lot makes it sour. The key is to enjoy the further variation of taste by using them differently!
Although it is a refreshing and excellent tabletop finely chopped onion, the way to put it in is also moderate. Let's try to mix it well with the noodles and eat it. Why? It is to enjoy our proud Japanese-style chicken soup deliciously. The Japanese-style chicken soup tastes better and more refreshing when there is not much leftover green onion.
To enjoy traditional Japanese chicken soup, the key is not to leave too many ingredients behind. Our traditional Japanese chicken soup has a taste similar to Japanese clear soup, with a refreshing and comforting flavor. Because of its light taste, the best way to enjoy it is to leave just a little bit of sauce and oil at the bottom of the bowl.
The casual oil soba goes perfectly with rice! It is also the best companion for meals! When you enjoy it with rice, it becomes a Japanese-style soba rice dish! As a special tip, if you put rice into the last Japanese-style chicken soup, you will have an exquisite casual mixed rice dish! Please give it a try. Postscript: For those who feel 'fullness...', try reducing one serving of soba and give it a try.
I wrote various things, but tastes vary. And abura soba is versatile. Please enjoy 'my' abura soba to the fullest!
