We have prepared a special course for a special occasion, to express your gratitude to your loved ones, or to reward yourself. The special course includes not only carefully selected Japanese black beef, which is synonymous with Sun-mi Takamatsu, but also foie gras, abalone, lobster, and other gorgeous seasonal ingredients. The menu varies depending on the season, so please inquire at the time of reservation for details.
This 7-course menu includes a whole cake specially made by our patissier and a glass of sparkling wine for the toast. For the evening course, we offer a slow-cooked char-grilled lamb (bistecca) for the main course, seasonal vegetables, fish, and meat in a well-balanced meal. If there is anything we can do to assist you in designing a cake or staging your anniversary, please contact us in advance. If you require a private room, please let us know at the time of reservation. We offer a variety of private rooms, including casual, semi-private box seats, fully private Western and Japanese rooms, and rooms with sunken kotatsu (a table placed over a sunken table placed over a hole in the floor).

A refined sweetness with marbling, a luxurious and rich meat flavor, and the appeal of juicy meat juices. The wide section from the shoulder to the lower back is called the loin, and a part of that loin is referred to as 'sirloin.' Located near the lower back of the cow, this area hardly moves, resulting in tender and melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.
The charm lies in the delicate and tender taste of the meat. It is the best cut in the history of beef. This part of the cow has overwhelmingly low muscle activity, resulting in fibers that are fine and delicate like silk threads. You can thoroughly enjoy the original deliciousness of the red meat. Grilled over charcoal, it is cooked to perfection, maintaining its tenderness while concentrating the flavor.
We carefully select high-quality black wagyu beef with a fine texture that melts in your mouth. Additionally, we age the meat for one month after butchering. We ensure it is in the most delicious state when our customers visit. We meticulously remove any sinew and excess fat from the meat. We are waiting for our customers with tender meat in the best condition.
The outside is baked to a crisp and fragrant finish, while the inside is soft and fluffy, creating a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
You can enjoy it by drizzling extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany, Italy, and squeezing Setouchi lemons from Hiroshima Prefecture. Villa di Vetrice Olio Extra vergine d’Oliva has a high transparency and fresh green color. It has a spicy sensation that tingles the nostrils, along with a rich aroma of ripe fruits like green apples, pears, and mangoes, accompanied by a refreshing grassy note. This olive oil is said to pair well with the local Tuscan specialty dish, Bistecca Fiorentina (Florentine-style beef steak). Carefully selected black wagyu beef is grilled in view of the dining area. After grilling, it is allowed to rest for a while to let the meat settle. This dish allows you to enjoy the original flavor of the meat simply with olive oil and lemon.
