【Tokyo Ginza】 A popular restaurant where you can enjoy soba with a unique texture and aroma, as well as seasonal dishes made with fresh vegetables directly sourced from contracted farmers in Shinshu, and a selection of fine sake. This was my first visit to the main store, but personally, I found the interior to be more compact and calm compared to the Ginza SIX location. ★ 5-6-5 Ginza, Chuo City, Tokyo, 3rd Floor NOCO Building ★ 5,000 to 10,000 yen per person A la carte ◇ Itawasa x2 ◇ Fresh leaf vegetable salad ◇ Soba shop's rolled omelet ◇ Fried chicken ◇ Grilled fresh gluten with black sesame miso ◇ Grilled shiitake mushrooms x4 ◇ Sudachi grated soba x2 ◇ Tororo bukkake soba This is a type of tororo that retains a crunchy texture rather than being completely smooth, topped with nozawana and soba sprouts. The soba with a firm texture paired with a rich dipping sauce is incredibly delicious. ◇ Shamo nanban soba Of course, the soba is abundant, and the exquisite dishes are all delicious! I definitely want to go again, thank you for the meal.

A girls' party at soba noodles restaurant in Ginza. The soba noodles with walnut sauce were delicious. We had various dishes, but I was so engrossed in talking that I forgot to take pictures. I couldn't eat it, but I heard the tempura was delicious. My favorite dish was a slightly different kind of bean called kurakake-mame. It had a strong flavor and was delicious.

First Ginza Sanada-san*. Each dish was delicious, but the nostalgic flavor of the food made for a good drinking atmosphere (^-^) I would like to repeat again. Thank you for the food!
