Taku Nishiazabu offers a marriage of sushi and wine that has earned two stars in the Michelin Guide. The owner worked at such famous restaurants as "Kyubei" and became independent in his 30s. The private room has a sunken kotatsu-style counter and a board room, and it is possible to enter the restaurant after 10:00 p.m. The interior of the restaurant has a modern Japanese design based on concrete walls. Both sushi and snacks are excellent.

I went to Taku the other day. It is a 2 Michelin star sushi restaurant. A restaurant where you can enjoy Edomae sushi centered around seasonal fish and seasonal appetizers paired with wine. Given that the owner is a wine enthusiast, this might be the first sushi restaurant in Tokyo to have a dedicated sommelier. It's high-end sushi, but the atmosphere is not intimidating, and if you're interested in the marriage of wine and sushi, it's definitely worth a visit!
