Entering the shop, it's calming to take off my shoes on the second floor after going up the stairs. A refreshing small dish is served, and I'm happy with the combination of shirasu (whitebait) and grated daikon. The sashimi platter is delicious, and the thick slices of toro (fatty tuna) melt in my mouth, bringing me joy. The buri daikon (yellowtail with daikon) has a perfect flavor, and I liked the balance between the richness of the buri and the texture of the daikon. The basashi (raw horse meat), scallops, and grilled kampachi (amberjack) each have their own character, making me want to drink more. The sake-to cheese and the assorted oden (Japanese hot pot) are also perfect for snacking, allowing for a fun drinking experience.
