The umami of 'Shiogama Oden', beloved for many years in the port town of Shiogama, Miyagi, is captured in a single bowl. The third generation Bunji has cherished the power of the ingredients and the depth of the dashi. This sentiment is crafted into three distinct flavors. First, enjoy it as is. Next, try it with condiments. Finally, savor it as chazuke.
