This course includes only dishes. <Menu of the Frost Moon> Appetizer: Deep-fried raw tuna in sukiyaki style! Yamada's fried horse mackerel in seasonal vegetables, baked taro in a bowl, buckwheat noodles - made with domestic buckwheat flour, served with a side of Kitayosagi clam, wild amberjack, swordfish, crab croquette, king crab, cod roe, sirloin of Saga beef, broiled eel, broiled eel *Two types of side dishes can be selected from the above ingredients of the day. Our staff will explain how to cook them.
