As expected from a long-established fruit specialty store, a refined aroma spreads as soon as the box is opened. In particular, the sweet scent of the musk melon is so rich that it lingers throughout the room, raising expectations even before cutting it. When I take a bite, the juice bursts forth, and the smooth texture feels very luxurious. The citrus fruits also have a good balance of acidity and sweetness, and a refreshing aroma rises the moment the skin is peeled. Even the dried persimmons are moist, and their natural sweetness spreads gently. With a lineup that reflects the commitment of this historic shop, I feel happy every time I eat.
