As an Italian restaurant beloved by the local community, we have long been part of the region's food culture. Without significantly changing our style, our commitment to seasonal ingredients and classic techniques, and our daily focus on each dish, has shaped the very history of the restaurant.

Executive Head Chef Mr. Suzuki went to Italy at age 21 and, after learning the basics at ICIF, thoroughly trained in classical Italian cuisine at renowned restaurants in Liguria and Piedmont. He acquired a wide range of techniques, from seafood dishes to traditional court cuisine. After returning to Japan he supported the family restaurant, and upon the restaurant's renaming in 2008 he has continued to convey the essence of authentic Italian cuisine as Executive Head Chef.
