I purchased it at Gransta in Tokyo Station and enjoyed it on the Shinkansen. The assortment of toppings is great, and I can't help but want to choose this. The salmon is fresh, and the eel is tender and has a nice texture. It also includes tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) and simmered taro and burdock, along with pickled ginger, so it doesn't get boring. Wasabi is provided, and it goes well with the accompanying soy sauce. It would be even better if there were space in the container for the soy sauce, but I am fully satisfied with the taste.
