In a small counter-only shop that feels like a hideaway, you can enjoy yakitori in a relaxed atmosphere. The ordering is done in a chef's choice style, and it's interesting how skewers, carefully grilled one after another, keep coming until you say stop. Of course, the chicken neck and negima are delicious, and the tsukune and tail are juicy, with the saltiness just right. The pickled vegetables served as a starter and the coarsely grated daikon are refreshing and pair perfectly with the skewers. The rich sweet potato shochu from Kagoshima that was recommended by the owner allowed me to fully enjoy the combination with the dishes. The gentle chicken soup served at the end was comforting and left me feeling fulfilled in my heart.

When I went up to the second floor of the building, I was excited to find a calm space with just a counter. The food is served in an omakase style, and I felt at ease knowing I could say 'stop' whenever I wanted. The grilled chicken neck and negima were, of course, excellent, and the half-cooked quail eggs and fragrant shiitake mushrooms were cooked to perfection, leaving me impressed with every bite. The potato salad, made with sweet new potatoes and mackerel, became more flavorful the more I mixed it, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The grilled rice balls served between the skewers were aromatic and made me want to eat them again before finishing the meal. With a wide variety of shochu to choose from, I was able to select based on the description tags, allowing me to enjoy a fun time discussing preferences with my friends.
