Opened on June 10, 2023, in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. The first floor is a beauty salon, and the second floor operates as a wine shop and restaurant. It offers a new style of dining experience and promotes the region's new attractions. Since its opening, it has been loved by many.

Representative Mr. Toguchi has about 20 years of experience running Italian restaurants and wine bars in Tokyo and became independent at age 26. After that, he deepened his knowledge of wine and cuisine and in 2022 moved to Nagaoka City, his wife's hometown. He opened LUCE in June 2023. He also holds a wine sommelier qualification and is a passionate chef who proposes new dining experiences by pairing Nagaoka's local ingredients with wine.
