The dishes and sake from Akita are all lined up, and it’s exciting from the start. The smoked daikon, cream cheese, potato salad, and kinpira are all irresistibly delicious. The sashimi, including tuna and octopus, along with shellfish, is also great, making you want to drink more. You can also enjoy jun-sai, hata-hata, and horse sashimi, which gives you a strong sense of Akita. The famous kiritanpo has a rich chicken broth flavor, providing a refreshing taste that enhances the deliciousness of the ingredients. Conversations in the Akita dialect are enjoyable, and without karaoke, you can spend a relaxing time.
