A Counter Bistro Harmonizing Japanese and Western Cuisine

Located within walking distance from Mitsukoshimae Station, you can enjoy dishes that combine French cuisine with elements of Western and Japanese flavors. The cozy space, centered around a counter, has a warm atmosphere that is very pleasant. The cold zucchini soup, which includes cucumber and Manji chili, is perfectly accented with mint and homemade Tabasco. The tart topped with escargot butter served in a turban shell and the liver mixture will make you smile with just one bite. A dish layered with fluffy bread, tofu cream, shirasu (whitebait), gari (pickled ginger), and egg yolk soy sauce powder beautifully blends Japanese and Western flavors and is very delicious. The wine pairing and homemade lemon soda also left a lasting impression, providing a sense of satisfaction until the very end.
