The black pork dumplings have a thick skin with a chewy texture, and the filling is juicy with plenty of pork. The tan noodles are piled high with vegetables, and the light pork bone-based soup is easy to drink. The soup dumplings are large, and they feel substantial when picked up with chopsticks, which is enjoyable. It's also rare to find cucumbers in the soup, which leaves a lasting impression. The fried noodles have a distinctly Chinese flavor, and all the dishes are generous in portion. As a restaurant that specializes in dumplings, the overall satisfaction level is high.
