This is a well-maintained and beautiful shop located in an old-fashioned building. The distance between the seats is spacious, and there are private rooms where you can relax. The fish is fresh, offering a refined sweetness and pleasant texture. When you squeeze sudachi over the lightly grilled sushi, the aroma spreads, bringing happiness. The soup, sashimi, grilled dishes, stews, and fried foods are all carefully prepared and delicious, including fugu sashimi and soft-shelled turtle porridge. The rhythm of the service is pleasant, the staff's attentiveness is comforting, and the variety of sake available was satisfying.
