In a calm and softly lit interior, you can spend your time comfortably. The staff is warm and easy to talk to, making it a pleasant place even for solo visitors. The modern soba course is enjoyable, with a hint of Chinese flavor blending into the traditional Japanese flow. The final dish, the 2:8 soba, has a wonderful aroma, and the karasumi soba leaves a lasting impression with its rich taste. The selection of drinks pairs perfectly with the dishes, and the non-alcoholic fermented drinks are refreshing and delicious. You can savor your meal slowly at the counter, and with each bite, there are new discoveries that excite you.
