■Healthy Oil Soba: An Unusual Health-conscious Mazesoba Restaurant Tokyo Aburagumi Sohonten Ginza A 3-minute walk from Ginza Station. Located on the opposite side of Ginza SIX, it is in a surprisingly less-trafficked area. I visited because I had an irresistible craving for oyu-soba. I had never been to Tokyo itself, and I was curious about it because there is always a long line of people waiting in line. I visited a little after 2:00 p.m., and there were two or three people in line. The restaurant has only a counter with about 10 seats. The atmosphere is relaxed and even luxurious. Ordering menu ♦︎ Abura soba (regular size) 780 yen The price is the same for a medium, large, or double portion, so it is very cost-effective. I ordered the regular portion, but there wasn't that much left, so a large portion may be fine for men. The key is to pour vinegar and raayu into the bowl while it is still hot. Then stir immediately and eat! The taste is surprisingly healthy, and the oil is fresh without being unpleasant. The sauce is not rich but it has a delicious flavor. The noodles are sticky. Tokyo Abu Gumi itself places great emphasis on "healthiness. It is true that the taste was just as it should be. Male customers who want to eat a hearty meal may feel that it is not enough. However, women may find the concept more appealing. Thank you for the meal.
