Summer Zero You can choose from 3 or 4 different types of desserts 👼. I was so indecisive that I couldn't choose 😍🌟🌟 The finishers were fried rice with Jinhua ham and fried noodles with calamari 🥢. Fried rice with Jinhua ham was too good to eat in a big bowl 🤤🍚💫. The flavor of the Jinhua ham and the right amount of pepper seasoning is irresistible 💓💭💭. Dessert is a mix taste of Western and Chinese style 🇫🇷🇨🇳 While using Oolong tea and Shaoxing wine, the pudding and marron crème brûlée are mainly Western 👼🍮, which is the Equateur's style 👼🍮. Personally, I would have liked to have had the Wagyu Beef Ho Ho Meat with Black Vinegar and Soy Sauce from last year's summer zero menu 🐄🌟. EquateurLast: ((((; ))))))) The main meat was Loire duck🦆. Red wine based sauce with walnuts I believe🤨. The fire is still amazing❗️ The skin was crispy, the aroma of the fat tickled my nostrils, and the flavor of the duck meat was well preserved. There were 4 choices of lamb, beef, local chicken and duck, but they were mean to make us choose such a thing ❗️ lol I want to eat all of them ❗️ lol The cold pasta with octopus and turnip with lemon flavor was also accented with ginger, which was nice and refreshing at the end❗️ I wonder if these noodles are original❓The elasticity of the noodles when you bite into them and the aroma of the wheat was very pleasant and delicious☺︎ The mango dessert was also very sweet and happy. The wines we were paired with were all good too❗️ I've never experienced this kind of French cuisine before, so to go to such a famous restaurant, which I'm not used to eating, was honestly like driving a super car when I just got my driver's license:((omg):) But I was very nervous and excited from start to finish and it was a very precious experience for me 😆. I want to use this as an opportunity to explore ❗️ lol I was asked to participate in this event for the first time via Instagram, and all the people I had the opportunity to meet were wonderful people, and even though I met them for the first time, I had a lot of fun in a very friendly space (´ω`). Equateur for the first time in about 6 months. The staff had increased. A female sommelier and another female service staff. I felt that they were well-balanced with Ms. Kawashima, who was soft-spoken. The hamburger with lobster was very tasty. I like lamb, and if there is lamb among the three choices for the main course, I will almost certainly choose it, but this time the lamb was not so good... We will make our next reservation in April. I thought it would be longer since the restaurant was booked 6 to 8 months in advance, but to my surprise, they said that they have a table available in 3 months. The restaurant is not cheap, as the price is for one glass of red and one glass of white with a small amount of wine. I wonder if the boom in high-end restaurants is coming to an end.

One of the highest attainments! The highest peak of French cuisine. It has been completed as a point of achievement. It shows our attitude of pursuing truly delicious cooking without being bound by existing concepts. We use carefully selected seasonal ingredients in the best cooking methods regardless of genre. It is a masterpiece that the restaurant has managed to blend the Japanese and Western styles and to be innovative, while keeping it within the French cuisine. I would like to revisit again.

The main course of sole and horse meat was excellent, but the appetizers were a bit too French combining a bit too many complex flavors, and the Chinese was a bit too Chinese, why here? Hatena mark. I was a little disappointed, as there are many restaurants where all the food is good. I was concerned about the variation last time, and again this time, so maybe this is a feature.

Last Equateur of the year. Only one rotation today. The restaurant was opened because a foreign customer was expected. The restaurant ended without seeing Madame, who was out of town and would return at 9:00 p.m. (She said she was going to ete with Mr. Amamoto. (She said she was going to ete with Mr. Amamoto.) We drank about 3 glasses of wine and paid 40,000 yen per person. I feel it is good if it is within 30,000 yen. This is the kind of restaurant I would go to next year if I were invited.

Equateur the other day. Finally my second visit! I prefer Equateur in winter myself. The first one, caviar and abalone two-top, was still excellent, I chose lamb for the second piece of meat and it was good for me personally, no smell! . I got my partner's duck, and honestly I preferred that one 🥳. Rating Winter Taste 8 Service 7 Atmosphere 8 ... Costa 7 It was about 35,000 per person. Direction 7 The direction was about the first time, , We will revisit again in April 😊. Tomorrow we are going to Tiger White 🥳.
