Métis Roppongi opened in February 2023 and was listed as a one-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide 2024 less than a year later. Chef Métis' omakase course is a combination of the four seasons and ingredients of Japan served with French traditions and philosophy. Chef Suzuki, who has studied at a number of restaurants, offers original and unique dishes.

This is the omakase course by Chef Métis, delivering the flavors of Japan's seasons and ingredients infused with French tradition and philosophy.
